Three tiers of entry are available, allowing you to pay for your entry only, tailor a package to suit your requirements or book the VIP Package and just turn up.

Transport for you and your luggage during event (if no support person with you). Please note, you must find your own way to your accommodation unless you have booked an accommodation package.

Please Note: Optional extras may be booked up until 15 January 2017. There are limited meals available at certain venues; we recommend you book at the time of entry to avoid missing out.

Tier 3: Full-Monty Package

The Full-Monty Package includes:

  • 1 x individual entry
  • 1 x accommodation package (twin or single options available)
  • 1 x Full-Monty race pack (includes free event T-shirt)
  • Wellington Airport transfers to your accommodation (Saturday only)
  • Transport of your luggage during the event
  • Luggage delivered to your accommodation before you check in at the end of each day
  • Priorty booking for event massages
  • 7x daily breakfasts from Sunday – Saturday (as provided at each accommodation venue)
  • Lunch and refreshments between stages in a tent provided for your comfort (sandwiches, fruit, baked goods etc)
  • Transport to presentation and dinner venues each day (where required)
  • 7x buffet meals Saturday – Friday
  • Preferential placement at the front of the buffet lines!
  • Airport transfers at the end of the event on Saturday (only if required)
  • 1 x Event Jersey (jersey only included for those booked before 14 December 2016)

Please Note Refund Policy: Under the terms and conditions of entry, a 20% administration fee will be deducted if notified before 1 December 2016, a 50% administration fee will be deducted if notified between 1 December 2016 and 15 January 2017, after 16 January no refunds will be given.
